The new 20,000 sq ft facility is one of the largest conference centres/ballrooms in Ireland with capacity to seat over 900 people it is also one of the most highly equipped with the latest BT Openzone and audio visual technology including three drop down screens and a data projector.
The 50ft reclaimed 19th Century French bar was fitted and restored and a second bar area was also created. The refurbishment required new kitchens to be installed and new entrances built each fitted with stunning antique doors.
The hotel remained fully operational throughout the work which had to be carried out with the least possible disruption to guests. Through careful planning and close correspondence with staff the contract was carried out within time, with zero defects and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
