Fire Protection

Fire Protection

Roe Drylinings is able to provide service with the systems which meet the most stringent requirements of today's projects. These days every one recognises the value of passive fire protection and the important role of improving safety.

We are available to provide services in design and installation of passive fire protection solutions. Information on this web site can only provide the basic details for most applications likely to be required on a project. It is inevitable there will be situations requiring more detailed information. In this event, please contact our Technical Services Department.

Our services include:

Air Sealing
Installation of thermal and acoustic application systems that meet the requirements for air sealing of buildings in accordance with the new Part  building regulations and systems that can achieve the insulation requirements of individual areas of the building to meet the specified thermal insulation criteria.

Fire Stopping systems
Installation of flexible fire stopping systems to maintain compartmentation - where mechanical and electrical services pass through walls and floors.

Insulation
Installation of thermal and soffit insulation solutions used in modern commercial and industrial developments including phenolic, mineral wool and glass fibre insulation boards which are available in a range of facings (from basic foil and scrim to calcium silicates), offer enhanced BREEAM environmental ratings and a highly durable protective finished surface.

Fire Rated Partitions and Ceiling
Installation of partitioning and ceiling solutions which enables the provision of a total package service for fire protection, thermal insulation, acoustic sealing and partitioning requirements of any building.
Modern development needs modern materials. Innovations combined with Building Regulations require materials to save money and time on site and provide technically advanced solutions.

When installed, it combines the properties of solid blockwork with the speed and flexibility of conventional drywall techniques. This gives the designer the freedom to use radical solutions in internal space planning.
